Additionally he has completed international consulting assignments developing customized training programs for the Oil and Gas sector. Steve has a B.Ed. in Vocational Education from the University of Alberta and an M.A. in Educational Leadership and Supervision from San Diego State University.

Currently enrolled at University of Calgary as Ph.D candidate - Distributed Systems. Seven years cumulative experience in IT - technical support, programming, database systems development, and teaching. Assistant Professor at the Lebanese International University 2002-2004 - CSI Instructor / Coordinator of O.M.E.C international secondary school. Courses taught: Programming Languages (C.sharp, Visual Basic), Databases (Access, SQL, Oracle), MS Offices 2007, and Introduction to Computer Science.

Rick Casper has 20 years of college teaching experience in composition, literature, business and technical writing, and American and world history. His last two years of teaching in America focused on English composition and reading for ESL students from India, Sri Lanka, Ghana, Ethiopia, Iran, Ukraine, and Korea for two colleges in Pennsylvania and North Carolina. He served as Chair of the English Department for Harrisburg Area Community College from 2005 to 2007 and Secretary of the National Association for Developmental Education from 2004-2006.

Graham Mannion has an MSc. in Computer Based Information Systems and a BSc in Technology Management as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Education specializing in the F.E. Sector. He has taught Computing and ICT in the F.E. Sector in the UK since 1998, from beginners to degree level, and he has also taught Business Studies and Mathematics. He has also worked as an Examiner for AQA examining body in the UK for both Computing and ICT. Graham has taught at JECPT since September 2011 and has found the experience of working in Saudi Arabia and JECPT enjoyable and challenging. Graduated in 2001 from the faculty of Education, Ain Shams University in Cairo. Ayman has a BA in Arts and Education and he also completed the CELTA Cambridge Course in September, 2009. He has over ten years of experience in teaching the English Language. In the past two years, he worked at the University of Dammam as English Instructor. While he was there, he taught English to the Colleges of Medicine, Dentistry, Engineering and Applied Medical Sciences. Prior to that, he had taught English to adults, officers and cadets at Alfaisal International Academy in Riyadh. He is keen on reading, linguistics, etymology and history. He coaches Greco-Roman Wrestling as well.

Since the summer of 1992 he has spent most of his life abroad teaching English. First in Hong Kong, then four stints in Taipei, Taiwan, two stints in Thailand, and a year in Jakarta, Indonesia. His latest work & life adventure has brought me all the way to Jizan, Saudi Arabia, where he has been since May 2012. His hometown is San Antonio, Texas, home of the 4-time NBA champion San Antonio Spurs, the historic Alamo and the popular downtown Riverwalk. He is a 1997 graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio (master's degree in Teaching English as a Second Language, and also earned a bachelor of arts degree in Communications from Rowan University in 1985.

Stephen Finnagan, Chairman of Electrical Programs. Stephen has taught and coordinated electrical engineering diploma and electrician programs extensively at Algonquin College in Ottawa, Canada since 1988. From 2000 to 2009 hedeveloped, managed and chaired apprenticeship, diploma, advanced diploma and undergraduate programs including electrical, mechanical, optoelectronics, microelectronics, and aerospace programs for Algonquin College. Stephen has worked extensively in international education and has established programs in the Philippines and India and was the Algonquin College manager for international partnerships at Algonquin College until October 2011. Stephen has a Master of Business Administration Graduate Degree from Queen’s University in Canada and has extensive technical experience as a Master Electrician, Construction and Maintenance Red Seal Electrician, Industrial Electrician, and Mechanical Systems Technician. Stephen sits on technical sub-committees setting standards and regulations for the Canadian Electrical Code.

He has worked in various areas in Electronics, from designing industrial instrumentation to conception, installation, and repair of computer networks. As part of this new career, I have completed two undergraduate degrees, one in English Literature and the other in Adult Education (AE). I will soon be starting a Master’s degree in AE because I firmly believe that an education should never end.

Working in a corporate environment for 12 years he has gained immense experience in the various managerial positions he has held. This experience was transferred into the educational field as he lectured Business Management at his Alma mater. He is a very passionate teacher and loves being in Saudi Arabia.
