Founded by SAGIA to graduate globally employable and locally employed Saudis, JEC PT launched its first training programs in 2010. The college's focus is on serving investors and developers working in Saudi Arabia's new economic cities, and as such its mandate is to develop capacity and skills in four specific areas:
- Heavy industry;
- Secondary industry;
- Human capital; and
- Lifestyle.
