The President's Message

Today, many high school graduates are searching for jobs everyday but with little success. The main reason for this issue is a gap in abilities whether technical or intellectual between what graduates possess and those required by the current job market. The gap is further widened by graduates being unable to fulfill requirements and enrolling into universities. When this issue is discussed with these students, many blame circumstances for not being able to develop these critical capabilities.  They highlight inadequate coaching from parents and school mentors results in the lack of awareness of the importance of personal development. Regardless of the reasons, the result is unemployment that turns otherwise potentially productive individuals into dependents on their families, friends and on society as a whole.

Fortunately, there is a second chance. The government continues to provide a large amount of resources dedicated to creating personal development and educational opportunities especially for those who were unable to acquire the minimum skill set needed for furthering their education or training.

We at Cadre took advantage of the resources made available by the government to design a technical training program in which the individual student is trained locally, but accredited internationally.  A first of its kind, the program will enable students to graduate with a diploma from Algonquin College, Ontario, Canada.   Since the program is designed with an in-depth understanding of the current and future Saudi labor market, we are confident that companies will compete to hire our graduates and we are committed to confirming a job for every graduate at the end of a successful training and educational program.  For those aiming for even further higher education, they will be able to pursue that ambition at any accredited college in Canada on their own or once they obtain a government scholarship. Their diploma credits will count towards their Bachelor’s degree.

We work hard to help  those who are not helped by their circumstances to give them a second chance to complete their studies and join the workforce.  We want to see  many can take advantage of this opportunity and other similar ones and so no one will need to blame their circumstances. The outcome , we hope ,  is capable, productive individuals who will benefit  themselves, their families and our society.
